Dear Joan:

Whenever this question has come up in the past, the Lift Doctor has offered a variety of suggestions and “tools” to encourage staff compliance. Many of those tools are available free from the Safe Lifting Portal. However, as you suggest, why not solicit new ideas from our readers???
